Q: Why can't I see the SPA Data report in the list of available reports in MLX?
A: At this time, because of an MLX limitation, only agents assigned to the Apollo Beach office can see that report. As soon as MLX corrects the problem it will be visible to the Sun City Center and Tampa South offices as well. In the meantime, you will have to build your own column report. Click here to see how.Note that users of PRO Tempo will need different fields in their column report. Bonnie Schultheis has the info which should be posted here soon.
Q: Why do I get an error saying the file is not in the correct format.
A: Two things cause this: Not using the SPA Data column report in MLX, or using tabs or some other character as a delimiter instead of just using the defaults when exporting from MLX. Make sure you're using the SPA Data view if you're assigned to the Apollo Beach office, and if you're assigned in a different office make sure you've created a column report that matches the requirements exactly.
Q: Why does my spa disappear after I click on Yes or No when it asks if I want to delete the file I downloaded from MLS?
A: The older versions of the program would crash and close themselves with no warning or explanation if your security options were not set up correctly. The new version corrects this by detecting the problem and adding an error message with an explanation. Download the new version and you shouldn't have this problem anymore.
