5/30/14 Revamped website to change from AutoSPA to MatrixSPA

5/27/14 Started testing the option of using Pendings instead of Expireds.

5/24/14 Created MatrixSPA to deal with the migration from MLX/Fusion to Matrix.

11/13/13 Modified VBA programming to account for control characters in the dowloaded file causing AutoSPA to miss the first comp.

4/12/13 Changed the VBA Program to account for changes in how MLS displays pools.

2/13/2013 Added instructions for setting the security settings on Office/Excel 2007 and newer.

2/4/2009 Changed the collection of generic data necessary to complete the spa from eleven pop-up boxes to a single pop-up form.  Added error detection and a message if your security settings are not correct.  Created a version for PRO Tempo users (Pinellas agents).  Renamed Blank SPA.xls to Autospa.xls.

1/7/2009 Removed the default path for getting the file exported from MLX as Vista does not work the same as XP.   Also made a few changes in how the program closes when you cancel it.

1/6/2009 Added more error checking.    Program will not crash now, but if an unexpected error occurs, it will display the error information and ask you to write it down and contact me. Also added a section which asks if you want to keep the file you exported from MLX.    Most of the time, you should delete this file after the new SPA is created as you will no longer need it. If you want to keep it, you will have that option.    Another change is that when the program asks you for the file you exported from MLX it will alway start on the desktop.    It will also only show text files and folders.

1/3/09 -- Reworked the SPA Data column report in MLX to sort on status first, and then list price per square foot.   Note to agents not in the Apollo Beach office:    At this time the standard view is only available to agents officially with the Apollo Beach office.    This is an MLX issue which should be resolved this month.    In the meantime, if you want to make your own version of the SPA data column report send me an email and I will send you the columns required.

12/23/08 18:00 -- added some error checking sections.    Added a check to make sure you have five of each of the different comps.    Asks if you want to continue with fewer than five or quit and start over.

12/23/08 18:00 -- Instructions modified to recommend a single folder for both the SPAs and the data.    Recommendation changed to make the SPA easier to use.
